Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Software Modeling and Simulation Engineer to contribute to defense technology development. This role supports the software lifecycle per the SDP and requires C/C++ expertise and MBSE knowledge.

The position is located at a facility with special access; travel to Huntsville for planning up to 5% is possible. Final Secret clearance is required prior to starting, and US citizenship is required per government requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with C/C++ programming.
• Experience in software modeling and simulation development.
• Full software lifecycle development including design, architecture and integration & test.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities.
• Design, develop, document, test, and debug software that solves business/mission problems.
• Apply standards, processes, procedures, and tools across the development life cycle.
