Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Littleton, CO seeks an experienced Software Engineer to contribute to missile defense technology and software lifecycle activities. You will work on requirements analysis, object-oriented design, coding, unit tests, integration, and delivery support in a facility with special access.

Travel up to 5% to Huntsville for planning. Requirements include C/C++ proficiency, RTOS experience (GreenHill or VxWorks), and ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience with programming languages such as C and C++.
• RTOS experience (GreenHill or VxWorks) is required.
• Experience with full software life cycle development including SW design, architecture and integration.

Responsibilities

• Plans, conducts, and coordinates software development activities across the lifecycle.
• Designs, develops, tests, debugs software for mission systems.
• Supports testing and delivery with a focus on security and reliability.
