Google is seeking a senior software engineer to develop full-stack Generative AI features for Docs and other Workspace tools. Qualifications

Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 8 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
• 3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning, natural language processing or other ML disciplines.

We will continue to work on ways to help users more efficiently write high-quality, productive documents using assistive technologies.

This role involves building full stack Generative AI features for Google Docs. This includes Gen AI quality iterations and evaluations to build AI features in Google Docs.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
