Qualifications

• Experience defining architecture blueprint and decomposing systems into microservices.
• Ability to identify tech stack aligned with business needs.
• Experience with UML, draw.io, mermaid.js, and C4-PlantUML.
• Proficiency with OpenAI LLMs, LangChain, and LLM-based pipelines.
• Strong background in REST APIs, microservice design, and asynchronous messaging.

Responsibilities

• Assess gaps between customer expectations and current software solutions.
• Classify requirements into applicable types.
• Anticipate risks and propose corrective steps during requirements gathering.
• Create user stories for software components and modules.
• Assist in designing software solutions ensuring integration across components.
• Evaluate trade-offs and design choices for performance and scalability.
• Convert High Level Design to detailed designs with mockups and logic.
• Produce minimal yet robust code for components meeting non-functional needs.
• Guide language/framework choices and development standards.
• Learn new languages/frameworks to support future scope.
• Automate repetitive tasks with CI/CD scripts and tooling.
• Implement telemetry and security controls during development.
• Translate customer requirements into test objectives and cases.
• Execute tests, track defects, and perform regression testing.
• Analyze logs and performance data to drive improvements.
• Maintain and re-engineer legacy components as needed.
