Job summary

Commure is building an AI Operating System for healthcare, enabling ambient AI, dictation, intelligent agents, and autonomous RCM processing across 60+ EHRs. The Staff Software Engineer will scale and maintain Insights, Commure's RCM product, and influence architectural direction for a nationwide customer base.

You will mentor engineers, drive high-impact projects, and collaborate with product and design to deliver user-friendly, reliable web applications for healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience building scalable full-stack apps.
• Proficiency in JS (React/Vue), Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong architectural skills for scalable, reliable web applications.
• Experience leading multi-month, high-impact projects.
• Excellent communication and ability to mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical direction of Insights platform to scale for thousands of practices.
• Design, build, and maintain full-stack solutions using React, Python, PostgreSQL.
• Improve reliability with monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Lead architecture reviews and code reviews across the stack.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product/design teams.
