Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering leader in Massachusetts to define and implement QA strategies, and to design and maintain comprehensive test suites for functional, regression, performance, and security testing. You will drive automation efforts, data setup for recurring scenarios, and root-cause analysis in collaboration with product teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering in software development.
• Hands-on with modern testing tools (Selenium, Postman, REST Assured).
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing tools.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database languages.
• Experience implementing QA tools for automation, performance testing, and defect tracking.
