JustBacked in San Francisco is seeking a leader to drive end-to-end product and engineering initiatives, partnering with customers and cross-functional teams to turn complex business data into actionable intelligence.

You will build reliable, high-performance systems, mentor engineers, establish best practices, and influence recruiting and team development, with a focus on AI-powered product development and Large Language Models.

Qualificações

Requirements

Candidates should have strong engineering fundamentals, analytical and product judgment, clear communication, and enthusiasm for LLMs; a computer science degree, related education, or equivalent industry experience is expected, with the ability to ramp up on the listed technology stack.
