Job summary

ARCHER is seeking an architect to design and build a new technology capability, while remaining hands-on in software design and development. You will craft scalable AI-enabled solutions, evaluate new technologies, and help establish engineering standards for the team.

The role requires substantial software engineering experience with strong architectural judgment, practical knowledge of LLMs and RAG, and the ability to drive decisions in a fast-evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in software architecture and hands-on development.
• Strong judgment in system design and engineering standards.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java and building platforms.
