Responsibilities

• Design, build, and sustain scalable software and infrastructure for privacy-centric data collaboration ecosystem.
• Lead the technical strategy and global deployment of distributed platform components and backend services.
• Translate product requirements into tactical plans, roadmaps, and measurable goals.
• Drive architecture reviews and champion best practices for security, maintainability, and reliability.
• Partner with security, privacy, and product stakeholders to deliver high-impact capabilities.
• Provide direct technical leadership, design feedback, and code mentorship to engineers.
• Improve developer efficiency through streamlined workflows, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Use performance metrics to guide roadmap priorities and improve product quality.
• Troubleshoot outages and ensure high availability for mission-critical services.
• Influence platform investments and engineering strategy across the organization.
