You will lead roadmaps, mentor engineers, and partner with product, design, and operations. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence 3 days/week (Mon, Wed, Thu). Base pay range is $176,000–$220,000 with equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• BS/MS or equivalent in Computer Engineering/CS or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering and technical leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in fault-tolerant, highly available distributed systems.
• Experience driving technical roadmaps and cross-team influences.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, and public clouds.
• Ability to communicate trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative, low-ego mindset with mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Shape long-term architecture for systems and drive health and performance.
• Translate business goals into actionable engineering projects and roadmaps.
• Improve observability, deployment, and on-call health across platforms.
• Lead cross-team reviews and mentor engineers for technical growth.
