Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with leadership.
• Expertise in building large-scale distributed backends.
• Strong Python and Django proficiency.
• Experience with project lifecycle and independent launches.
• NoSQL (MongoDB) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for payroll payments engine across countries.
• Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact features from design to production.
• Drive the technical roadmap for the Payroll processing team.
• Mentor engineers and enforce code quality, testing, and observability.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Ops, and Support.
