Job summary

Mural Group in the San Francisco Bay Area is hiring a Staff Engineer to own the imaging pipeline behind every clinical result it delivers. You will spearhead ingestion, registration, segmentation, and analysis in a cloud-based workflow.

You will operate on AWS, using containers and infrastructure as code, mentor engineers, and advance AI methods for medical imaging while ensuring compliance with design controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of software engineering with imaging or scientific data.
• Expert Python and Git.
• Experience with MRI data (DICOM, NIfTI) and quality control.
• Experience with neuroimaging toolkits ITK, ANTs, FSL or FreeSurfer.
• Strong scientific computing, statistics, and ML in production.
• MS in CS, engineering, physics or math, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

What you bring

• 5+ years of software engineering, much of it on imaging or scientific data
