Qualifications

• 8+ years in robotics with localization ownership through production deployment.
• Strong C++19/ROS2, Linux experience; hardware-based localization work.
• Expertise in multi-sensor fusion and state estimation across LiDAR/IMU/GNSS/cameras.
• Ability to lead architecture across teams on hard estimation problems.

Responsibilities

• Own core areas of the localization stack and drive production reliability on real hardware at airports.
• Contribute to sensor integration, performance tuning, and regression testing.
• Design online validation monitoring localization integrity and cross-sensor consistency.
• Develop diagnostics, health logging, and post-mission analysis tooling.
• Contribute to regression, validation, and release gating for localization changes.
• Deploy, test, and iterate using data from real autonomous operations.
