Stripe is seeking a senior software leader to define and drive the technical strategy for Startup Products, guiding the development of new 0?1 initiatives from exploration to launch.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex legal and financial workflows into intuitive user experiences, while mentoring engineers and owning architecture, API design, and delivery across platforms.

Qualifications

• Requires over 10 years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of owning large, ambiguous systems end-to-end.
• Must possess strong full-stack skills and the ability to align teams without direct authority.
