Job summary

You will lead design and implementation of core platform features, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, Business, and Operations to align requirements with performance and cost goals while strengthening security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with relevant experience.
• Strong foundation in system design, data structures, and distributed systems.
• Expert-level knowledge of Java, Spring, and server-side applications.
• Hands-on debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Java apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of scalable backend features.

• Drive system design, code quality, and performance goals.
• Build secure REST services with Spring Boot and cloud tech.
