Qualifications
7-10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ in infrastructure or backend roles.
Proven ability to design and build systems from scratch with pragmatic tradeoffs.
Experience operating across multiple cloud providers and/or hybrid environments.
Responsibilities
Architect and implement scalable, secure Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
Lead technical direction for core Fleet initiatives and deployment pipelines.
Mentor engineers and foster a strong engineering culture.
