Job summary

Act as the technical anchor for the Journey team, owning the architecture of the communications engine and decision layer. Design and evolve the orchestration of multi-channel communications and implement LLM-powered personalization at scale.

Requirements:

Requires 8+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record at the Staff level and expertise in high-volume, event-driven communication platforms. Must have experience with experimentation infrastructure and deploying LLM-powered systems in production.
