Job summary

InPost is seeking a Staff Software Engineer in Test to raise the quality bar across our mobile app and backend domains. This hands-on leadership role shapes architecture for testability and reliability, owning quality gates that enable confident releases and fostering a culture where engineers own quality.

You will lead quality across iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin) clients and drive cross-team quality initiatives with freedom within the domain.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with cross-team impact.
• Proven testing experience on mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
• Own quality strategy and drive measurable improvement.
• Shift-left mindset with proactive process changes.
• Hands-on coding and architectural depth.
• Strong AI governance experience in engineering.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Define quality architecture and reliability strategy across domains.
• Lead technical direction and coach senior engineers across teams.
• Embed quality gates in release pipelines and CI processes.
