What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong background in software engineering and system architecture
- Minimum of 6 years of PaaS and IaaS software development experience
- Proficiency in REST APIs, Kubernetes APIs, microservices, and containers
- Experience with virtual machine provisioning frameworks using Kubernetes operators
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud services
- Familiarity with Crossplane and/or Kubevirt for virtual machine provisioning
- Experience in building best-in-class customer-facing experiences using modern front-end frameworks
- Relevant cloud and container certifications
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
