Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive software development experience.
• Proven track record delivering successful projects.
• Expertise in modern programming languages (Java, Python, C#, Go).
• Experience building full-stack apps (Angular/React/Node.js) and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
• Designing RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures; strong CS fundamentals.
• CI/CD, automated testing, and release management proficiency; AI-assisted practices.
• Familiarity with generative AI concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of robust software solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams on requirements.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, performing code reviews and guidance.
• Drive best practices in coding, testing, releases, and AI-enabled development.
• Diagnose complex issues and ensure stability of critical systems.
• Evolve software architecture and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in all SDLC phases from concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Evaluate new technologies, tools, and AI capabilities to enhance productivity.
• Leverage intelligent automation and prompt-driven development where appropriate.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
