Job summary

Circadia Health is building the Circadia Intelligence Platform to help reduce avoidable hospitalizations. You will own the web UI and backend services, delivering reliable interfaces for care staff and integrating with healthcare systems.

You will work with external customers, lead architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers while advancing a secure, scalable healthcare software stack in a fast-growing company based in El Segundo, CA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years shipping production software full-stack.
• Technical ownership of at least one significant production system.
• Strong Python skills, including FastAPI and Pydantic.
• 3+ years building production React applications.
• Experience integrating with third-party systems you do not control.
• Direct experience working with external customers or stakeholders.
• Practical AWS, containerized deployment, relational and NoSQL databases, and PyTest in testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the Circadia Intelligence Platform UI with React under time pressure.
• Develop backend services and RESTful APIs in Python (FastAPI) for scalable growth.
• Lead customer integrations and cross-team collaboration with HL7, FHIR, REST, SFTP.
• Provide architectural direction and mentorship across the application.
