Job summary

LTi Technology Solutions is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the next-generation Aspire platform, a greenfield rebuild on .NET and React, deployed to Azure. You will shape architecture, establish standards, and mentor senior engineers while partnering with Product and Customer Success to ensure scalable, secure multi-tenant SaaS delivery.

This role reports to the VP of Engineering and offers a chance to influence platform strategy at scale within a profitable, growth-focused software

Qualifications

Expertise in C# and modern .NET including ASP.NET Core.
Deep experience with Azure-based deployments and SQL databases.
Proven ability to design greenfield, multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

Define reference architecture for the next-generation Aspire platform and tenancy model.
Build initial scaffolding: solution structure, DI, configuration, and cross-cutting concerns.
Stand up CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code (Bicep/Terraform) from zero; establish ADRs and design guidelines.
Architect secure multi-tenant end-to-end and ensure scalable, observable systems across HTTP, messaging, and background jobs.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, ensuring high-quality, pragmatic delivery.
