Job summary

LTi Technology Solutions is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to design and own the Azure-based foundation for the Aspire platform. You will lead greenfield infrastructure as code, pipelines, telemetry, and security posture, partnering with a small senior team to ship platform capabilities that empower engineers.

The role reports to the VP of Engineering and emphasizes automation, self-service, and durable, auditable platform decisions, with a focus on scale, reliability, and cost visibility.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience deploying production workloads on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and IaC tooling (Bicep, Terraform).
• Experience standing up cloud infrastructure for greenfield platforms.
• Proven track record building CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
• Security, compliance and audit readiness in regulated environments are valued.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the Azure foundation including subscriptions, resource groups, networking and multi-tenant boundaries.
• Express infrastructure as code with reusable modules and environment parameterization.
• Stand up managed Azure services and define tradeoffs between managed vs self-run components.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and improve developer inner loop for fast shipping.
