Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture for the next generation of our global payroll calculation engine.
• Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact features from design to production deployment.
• Drive the technical roadmap for the Calculations team and improve performance and reliability.
• Tackle ambiguous tax and country-model challenges with concrete plans.
• Mentor engineers and promote code quality, testing, and observability.
• Collaborate with Product Management, HRIS, and other engineering leaders.
