Job summary

Phantom is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack, in San Francisco, CA to own feature development on Phantom web platforms including the Phantom Extension and Mobile App. You will lead efforts to add blockchain support and launch new products, while building infrastructure for the engineering team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in CS/Eng, 3 years of related experience, and strong skills in Typescript, React, React Native, Node.js, Python and Java.

Phantom Technologies, Inc. seeks a Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack, in San Francisco, CA to perform the following job duties: Own feature development on Phantom web platforms including but not limited to the Phantom Extension and the Mobile App; Lead initiatives to add support for other blockchains and launch new complimentary products and/or infrastructure; Build engineering infrastructure to speed up and optimize workflows for the entire Engineering team; and Cross-collaborate with different teams as needed to create and foster a positive work environment as well as raise the bar for hiring. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S. Position requires 15% percent domestic travel.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or another closely related degree, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations.

Must have 3 years of experience in the following skills: Hands-on coding and software engineer experience using programming languages that include but are not limited to: Typescript, React, React Native, Node.js, Python, Java; Writing high-quality tests and testing infrastructure to validate systems. Must have 2 years of experience in the following skills: Lead software engineering projects from design to deployment; Monitoring and maintaining software systems at scale; Writing high-quality software design documentation.
