Job summary

Phantom is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack, in San Francisco, CA to own feature development on Phantom web platforms including the Phantom Extension and Mobile App. You will lead efforts to add blockchain support and launch new products, while building infrastructure for the engineering team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in CS/Eng, 3 years of related experience, and strong skills in Typescript, React, React Native, Node.js, Python and Java.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or another closely related degree.
• 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations.
• Strong skills in TypeScript, React, React Native, Node.js, Python and Java; experience writing high-quality tests and testing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own feature development on Phantom web platforms including the Phantom Extension and the Mobile App.
• Lead initiatives to add support for other blockchains and launch new complimentary products and/or infrastructure.
• Build engineering infrastructure to speed up and optimize workflows for the entire Engineering team.
• Cross-collaborate with different teams to create and foster a positive work environment and raise the bar for hiring.
