Phantom Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer with mobile expertise to own core trading flows across spot trading, perpetuals, and prediction markets.

You will contribute across web, mobile, and browser extension development, taking full ownership from concept to production. You will work with product, design, and trading teams to ship high-quality features, while driving initiatives to support more blockchains and new infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, and React Native.
• Interest in open and community-driven platforms.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own features on web and mobile platforms: Phantom Extension, Phantom Terminal, and the mobile app.
• Lead initiatives to add support for other blockchains to Phantom.
• Interface directly with end-users and developers to collect feedback to inform product direction.
• Collaborate with product, design, and trading teams to deliver intuitive discovery experiences.

Responsibilities

We’re hiring a Staff Frontend Engineer with mobile expertise to build core trading flows across spot trading, perpetuals, and prediction markets. This role spans web, mobile, and browser extension development, requiring strong frontend expertise with fullstack ownership from concept to production.

We’re looking for someone with high agency, and a bias toward action — someone who proactively identifies opportunities, drives solutions, and ships high‑quality products end‑to‑end. You thrive in fast‑moving environments, operate comfortably in ambiguity, and take full ownership of outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and trading teams to deliver intuitive and powerful discovery experiences. • Feature development: You will be owning features on our web and mobile platforms – currently the Phantom Extension, Phantom Terminal, and the mobile app.

• New initiatives and products: You will be leading initiatives to add support for other blockchains to Phantom, and to launch new complementary products or infrastructure.

• Interfacing with users: You will be interfacing directly with end‑users and developers building on Phantom – supporting them and collecting feedback to inform the direction of the product.

• Team building: You will be working with the team to create and foster a culture of raising the bar with each new hire.

The target base salary for this role will range between $200,000 to $250,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors (such as location) at the point in time of offer.
