Rogo is building Wall Street's first true AI analyst. We seek a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to shape the product from concept to launch, leveraging cutting-edge LLM tech and scalable systems.

You will collaborate with an elite team to deliver speed, accuracy, and insight for top financial clients. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software, deep React and TypeScript expertise, production Python/NestJS, Next.js, Docker, AWS, and Tailwind, and a passion for AI tools and user experiences.

What You Will Own

As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer at Rogo, you will be instrumental in shaping the product of a cutting-edge AI tool, crucially keeping us at the forefront of what's possible with LLMs.

• Major product features across the stack from design to launch
• Feedback loops with users and with our Customer Success team
• Partner with our cross-functional team of engineers and domain experts to architect scalable systems, implement robust software components, and ensure the reliability and performance of our software platforms

What You Will Need

• Bachelors in Computer Science or Equivalent degree
• Extensive knowledge of React and TypeScript
• Deployed Production code with Python, NextJS, NestJS, Typescript, Docker, AWS, and Tailwind
• Keen interest in developing unique AI tools and user experiences
• Experience updating codebases with the newest framework features (RSC, streaming, etc.)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proven track record in similar roles
• Self-motivated with a drive to take ownership of projects end-to-end
• A passion for craftsmanship
• 5+ years of industry experience
