Job summary

Top Prospect Group is seeking a hands-on Staff Software Engineer to serve as a technical leader and front-end architecture anchor across our web applications. You’ll drive delivery for a core product while helping define standards, architectures, and best practices across the broader front-end ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of front-end engineering experience.
• Experience building large-scale web applications, design systems, and reusable component architectures.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and modern front-end patterns.
• Proven ability to influence architecture, mentor engineers, and lead through hands-on execution.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering workflows.

Responsibilities
