Job summary

Premier Lacrosse League is seeking a lead frontend engineer to drive development across web platforms and hybrid mobile apps, guiding a team of engineers and collaborating with product and design teams to deliver engaging fan experiences.

You will wield React, TypeScript, and Next.js to build fast, accessible interfaces, while advancing UI systems, component libraries, and CI/CD automation across projects.

Qualifications

• Requires over 5 years of professional frontend experience with expert-level proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Candidates must demonstrate daily use of AI coding assistants and have experience with component libraries and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with design systems, performance optimization, and accessible, fan-facing web experiences.
