Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Own the end-to-end architecture of our React/Next.js frontend and Node.js/GraphQL microservices.
• Performance at Scale: Drive initiatives to optimize Core Web Vitals and SSR strategies; ensure our SERP remains fast in a high-velocity environment.
• AI Strategy & Governance: Lead the integration of AI coding assistants and LLMs into the SDLC; oversee human-in-the-loop verification of AI-generated code for security, performance, and long-term maintainability.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with Product, Data Science, and Design to operationalize machine learning models and predictive analytics into the user experience.

About You

• Technical Mastery: 10+ years of experience (8+ in modern stacks) with a focus on SEO-friendly React architectures and distributed systems.
• Systems Thinker: Experience in cloud-native design (AWS EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3) and modern data pipelines; ability to handle high-traffic scenarios.
• Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of automated deployment, instant provisioning, and building a developer toolchain that minimizes friction.
• Mentorship & Culture: Natural leader who raises the bar for the engineering organization through code reviews, RFCs, and a growth-oriented mindset.
• Data-Driven: Experience implementing complex A/B testing frameworks and deriving actionable insights from high-volume traffic data.
