Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience programming in C++.
• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
• 5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership in GGI, cross-functional teams to collect requirements, and define product and key user journeys.
• Lead the technical design and execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with the long-term data architecture strategy.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production support.
• Identify and advocate for improvements to data quality, system architecture, and engineering practices within GGI.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.
