Responsibilities

• Set and communicate team priorities aligned with broader goals across teams.
• Set expectations with individuals based on level and role, providing performance feedback.
• Develop mid-term technical goals and roadmaps for multi-team scope and evolving infra needs.
• Guide system designs within broader area and contribute code to solve complex problems.
• Review code from other engineers to ensure best practices and quality.
