Job summary

Google is seeking software engineers to help build next-generation technologies at massive scale. You will work across DV360 platforms, enabling high-impact advertising products and large-scale systems.

The role emphasizes versatility, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration as you tackle diverse technical challenges. As part of the DV360 Inventory Team, you’ll build features for enterprise clients to discover inventory, negotiate deals, and maximize performance in a real-time bidding

Qualifications

• 5 years of testing and launching software products.
• 5 years of full stack development across back-end and front-end tech.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
• 5 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

As a part of the DV360 Inventory Team, you will be responsible for building intelligent features that support enterprise customers (agencies and large advertisers) to efficiently discover inventory, negotiate deals, execute campaigns and maximize performance across the real-time bidding ads ecosystem. Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
