Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional hands-on software development experience.
• Hands-on experience designing and building large scale distributed systems.
• A track record of mentoring junior and senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain core CI systems used by Stripe’s engineering teams.
• Scope and lead large technical projects with enormous impact for engineers at Stripe.
• Design, evaluate, and own architectural decisions for tooling.
• Collaborate with product engineers to understand and deliver productivity needs.
