Job summary

Webflow is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive innovation, research emerging technologies, and shape the architecture of our platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design high-quality solutions, and mentor engineers to raise our technical bar.

You will lead architectural reviews, advocate for scalable systems, and guide AI-enabled workflows and developer productivity platforms while aligning initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
Strong expertise in JavaScript or TypeScript and modern web technologies such as React and Node.js.
Experience with containers and orchestration, API and monorepo architecture, developer productivity platforms, AI-enabled workflows, and cross-team technical leadership.

Responsibilities

Drive engineering innovation and lead strategic initiatives researching emerging technologies.
