• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 8+ years related experience.
• Strong background in C/C++ for large-scale multi-processor architectures.
• Experience with Linux/Yocto, OpenBMC, ZephyrOS and firmware bring-up.

• Own design end-to-end from firmware to rack management software.
• Assist with customer trials, field issues, and product sustainability.
• Drive validation, automation, and system-level testing with cross-functional teams.
