Job summary

BioSpace is seeking an experienced software engineer to design and implement systems that convert raw clinical and lab data into analysis-ready datasets. You will lead long-lived systems and collaborate with scientists and clinicians to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 7+ years building production-grade software in Go or Python, with a Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or Bioinformatics and preference for experience in regulated clinical environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building production-grade software systems.
• Proficiency in Go or Python and strong system design fundamentals.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Bioinformatics; regulated clinical environments preferred.
