The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work background, and strong skills in .NET and Java, with familiarity in Kafka or Camunda.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Expertise in .NET and Java languages and associated tech stacks.
• Familiarity with Kafka and/or Camunda is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Constantly demonstrates good process and practices.
• Proactively drives forward the development team to deliver of business goals and technical deliverables.
• Mentors junior members of the team.
• Works closely with product management and software product and innovation architects to define and refine requirements and product architecture.
• Is responsible for driving design and approach through Enterprise ARB and Sonexus ARB.
• Ensures compliance with necessary standards and regulations.
• Builds software for reuse and scalability.
