Job summary

Shieldai is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the development of tactical autonomy software for unmanned platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in software development, particularly with C++. You will join a diverse team focused on complex missions in air, land, sea, and space domains.

Responsibilities include implementing and testing autonomous behaviors while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. Candidates must have a strong background in behavior planning and optimization practices to enhance system capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in software subsystem scheduling and integration, behavior planning, task and resource allocation, motion planning, optimization, or flight controls.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage full project lifecycles from concept to deployment.
• Desire to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, mission-centric environment.
