Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in production-level C++ software development
• 7+ years in software sub-system scheduling, behavior planning, optimization, or flight controls
• Experience with version control, issue tracking, code reviews, and release management
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage full project lifecycles from concept to deployment
• Willingness to learn, mentor others, and work in a fast-paced mission-centric environment
• Ability to serve as technical owner for an entire software system, including requirements and roadmap management
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop tactical autonomy software for unmanned platforms across domains
• Implement and test behaviors for multi-agent coordination, target engagement and reconnaissance
• Manage end-to-end software development lifecycle from requirements to validation
• Architect behaviors as scalable subsystems interfacing with sensors, state estimation, comms, and actuators
• Collaborate with vehicle integration teams and subject matter experts
• Provide technical leadership and ownership across the software stack
