• Proficiency with databases (SQL and NoSQL), event-driven systems, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Track record of delivering high-impact technical solutions and influencing technical direction at team/org level.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to a strong engineering culture.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and evolution of core architectural patterns and frameworks used across teams.
• Drive technical roadmap development in partnership with product and engineering leadership.
• Solve complex, ambiguous, high-impact technical challenges balancing scalability, performance, and cost.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve system reliability and developer productivity.
• Help ensure architectural decisions support long-term maintainability and product growth.
