Parking is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to shape the architecture, strategy, and long‑term success of our parking devices and applications. You will be a senior technical leader, mentor engineers, and set standards across teams to drive scalable, secure solutions.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, and Technical Leads to align engineering with business goals, while influencing across the organization and evangelizing best practices.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing direction.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and modern tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and evolution of core architectural patterns and frameworks used across teams.
• Drive technical roadmap development in partnership with product and engineering leadership.
• Solve complex, ambiguous, and high-impact technical challenges with emphasis on scalability and cost.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve reliability and developer productivity.
• Guide teams in implementing scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
• Provide architectural reviews and guidance across multiple teams and codebases.
