You will mentor senior engineers, collaborate with Product and Design, and shape ambitious technical roadmaps while delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience shipping complex, enterprise-grade software.
• Expert in modern backend stacks: Go, Node.js, MongoDB, AWS.
• Strong API-focused, platform-first design and secure SaaS architectures.

Responsibilities

• Architect core platform capabilities powering FloQast Transform and AI-driven workflows.
• Lead high-level design discussions and establish engineering best practices.
• Bridge product goals to executable technical roadmaps for accounting automation.
• Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of high-performance execution.
