Job summary

This role sits within the App Ads Privacy team, focusing on privacy-preserving measurement and scalable data pipelines to boost campaign performance.

You will collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams on complex problems, with opportunities to influence technical direction and drive impactful outcomes globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin or Go.
• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
• Experience in working with advertising platforms.
• Experience with data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex measurement and performance gaps into technical solutions that recover signal loss and improve campaign performance.
• Develop and scale privacy-preserving measurement features ensuring compliance with global regulations and platform changes while maintaining data utility for modeling.
• Lead technical alignments across product and infrastructure teams to integrate high-fidelity measurement signals into bidding and reporting systems.
• Drive long-term health and efficiency of high-traffic data pipelines by identifying and resolving monitoring issues and establishing operational best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, ensuring scalable and forward-looking designs.
