Job summary

Google is seeking a Data Scientist to join Ads Insights and Measurement in Mountain View. You will develop, evaluate and improve ads products across Search, Display, Apps, YouTube, and more. You will design experiments, apply causal inference, and use advanced analytics to guide business decisions, driving measurement and monetization while respecting user privacy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years applying analytics to product or business problems; coding in Python/R/SQL.
• Experience with deep learning, ML, data analysis or distributed computing.

Responsibilities

• Help suggest and shape privacy-preserving advertising and marketing products.
• Collaborate to define questions about ad effectiveness and develop quantitative methods.
• Combine large-scale experimentation, econometrics, ML and social-science methods to answer questions at scale.
• Use causal inference to design experiments, establish causality and assess attribution.
• Analyze large datasets and deliver results to business partners.
