Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of production services or platform integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong programming skills in one or more modern languages.

Responsibilities

• Own third‑party AI tools connectivity end‑to‑end, defining how external AI tools authenticate and how traffic flows.
• Design and evolve the AI integration architecture for secure, scalable onboarding of new vendors.
• Build and own MCP servers to expose internal tools to AI connectors and evolve integrations.
• Lead incident response and cross‑system troubleshooting for high‑impact integration issues with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop automation and integrations using scripting languages and platform APIs to manage connector lifecycles.
• Integrate AI tools with identity, security, and IT workflows (SSO/IdP, SCIM, DLP, logging, ITSM).
• Mentor engineers through designs, code reviews, and best practices aligned to company competencies.
