EvolutionIQ, a CCC Intelligent Solutions company, is seeking a hands-on Staff Engineer in the United States. You will architect systems, set engineering best practices, and write production code that powers AI-enabled claims tools.

Responsibilities include evaluating legacy platforms, deciding what to rebuild or replace, building scalable backends, and aligning technical work with business impact. Requires 8+ years, Python, TS/JS, and strong architectural experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience with end-to-end ownership
• Strong hands-on coding in Python, and frontend in TypeScript/JavaScript
• Deep architectural experience with legacy and multi-tenant backends
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and practical impact on delivery

Responsabilités

• Architect systems and write production code for AI-native products
• Assessment and modernisation of legacy platforms, deciding what to rebuild or replace
• Build scalable backends and prototypes, with AI tools at the core
• Set engineering standards in collaboration with Product, Data Science and Data Engineering
