Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, architecture, or enterprise tech leadership at staff level.
• Strong experience in retail technology, grocery, digital commerce, or omnichannel platforms.
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex enterprise apps and distributed systems.
• Experience with AI transformation and AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
• Experience in consulting or partnering with senior business/tech stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead architecture decisions and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable enterprise applications.
• Define patterns, standards, and best practices for distributed systems.
• Design robust APIs and integrations via REST/GraphQL.
• Drive roadmaps, reviews, and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Mentor multiple engineering teams and align with stakeholders.
