Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to own technical direction and shape systems that ingest and enrich content at scale. You will mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, and push the engineering bar higher across teams.

You’ll build backend services and data pipelines, leverage AI tools to accelerate development, and lead cross-team RFCs to align on scalable, reliable solutions that serve thousands of enterprise customers worldwide.
